Parts Price Update
As of 5 January 2026, the annual Parts price revision will come into effect. We are pleased to announce a price reduction for undercarriage and remanufactured parts. Details of this revision are sent via email to your Parts Department. To view the price list, please log on to the HCME Dealer Portal. It can be found on the ‘Price lists’ widget on the dashboard.
QR-code dealer locator sticker applied to machines
Each new construction model is equipped with a dedicated QR code sticker designed to streamline access to genuine Parts and Service support. Scanning the sticker will take the customer straight to our dealer locator, providing immediate access to the nearest dealer.

Engcon Tiltrotators now available
We are very excited to inform you that we have signed an agreement with Engcon AB, for the supply of Engcon Tiltrotators, Quick Couplers and Attachments.
The Engcon products can be purchased from now on via spare parts and ordered via GOM, our parts ordering system. The available products you can find on the dealer portal via the link in the announcement below. This contains a number of commonly used configurations. New Hitachi Genuine 2K paint
Our newly introduced 2K paint system is a complete solution, comprising paint, thinner, and hardener. When placing an order for the new paint, please be sure to also order the matching hardener and thinner to ensure optimal performance and finish.
On the dealer portal you can find the TDS for this new 2K paint system, while in the document attached below you can find now to use the 2K paint and what the mixing ration is between Paint, Thinner and Hardener.

New 208 L oil drum design
Our newly designed oil drum, which is in line with the recently updated labels on the 5 and 20 Litre cans. Attached you will find a comparison between the old and new designs. We believe this change will enhance our market presence and strengthen our brand recognition.

GOM - Minimum Order Amount
HCME Parts department introduced a Minimum Order Policy with an amount of € 1000,- on stock orders from Monday June 2nd, 2025.

SAP environment transition
Rental team has transitioned to SAP. As part of this move, all Rental invoices are now available in the Neptune, under the Customer Invoices section.
Also, you can now conveniently access your rental invoices by following the step-by-step instructions provided in the attached guide. These detailed guidelines are designed to help you navigate the Neptune platform with ease and quickly locate and download all the documents you need.
Introduction of Price Quantity Breaks
Starting from May 1st, 2025, we have applied Price Quantity Break for 122 high-moving items that have a package unit of more than one.
Mainly on consumable items such as filter, bolt, o-ring, seal, and nut. By purchasing these specific items on the Price Quantity Break list you can get significantly better prices, which can be up to 5% reduction compared to the normal sales price. The list is available in the pricing widget of the dealer portal via the link below.
